Technical and Design Highlights: All primary structural components are constructed from ductile iron, ensuring stable operation and minimizing vibration—a critical factor in producing uniform yarn. Furthermore, the design features large-diameter feed rollers (Φ140mm) and main cylinders (Φ1650mm), which facilitate superior fiber control, effectively reduce yarn irregularities (thick and thin spots), and improve the Coefficient of Variation (CV) value.
